Placing an order is a 3 step process in which the order forms are filled out, the entire order is presented for review, and then payment information is collected via our secure server. Follow the link below to begin the order process.

 

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

CREDIT CARDS

Visa, MasterCard, and major bank debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos are accepted. Shipping charges are prepaid at cost and added to your invoice. Please specify your shipping preference.

C.O.D.

C.O.D. (money order or cashiers check) is available to business and residential addresses via Domestic United Parcel Service. Shipping and C.O.D. fees at cost will be added to your invoice.

PREPAID ORDERS

Checks and money orders accepted. Please include $6.00 for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the USA. California residents must add appropriate sales tax. For shipping by other methods, call our sales department for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All foreign orders must be prepaid with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), wire transfer, cashiers check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds only.
